Ok try this. First create a system restore point in case anything goes wrong.
1) Download your latest NIC driver to a place you'll remember
2) delete the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\Config
3) Uninstall your NIC from device manager, check the delete driver button if available
4) Reboot, have windows detect your NIC, and reinstall the NIC driver with the one you downloaded.
well dat didn't work either ....after upgrading to win 10, it initially did't save the addresses everytime i put em ,later it showed up an ip address conflict error....after reinstalling the wifi drivers everything worked but its unable to connect any network to it even with firewall off,so is it the ip conflict causing d prob ?!?.....

you upgraded to 10?
Gee well, if it was still happening in windows 10, then you may have NIC hardware issue, or there is SOME third party program overwriting your IP config.
Yep, Something is changing those settings, that`s bad.
Backup your data, re install windows.
Why do you have a usb wireless device "sharing" the connection ? (As you say)
Get that out of there, there is no need for it.
Also, there should be no ip address conflicts, if the settings are right, windows finds an ip address everytime you start the PC, and from then on usually uses that same address everyday.
