Media server disappeared from home network

I have a media server running off my Win7 PC and it has been working perfectly for years until today. The PC/server no longer shows up on any of my devices (Xbox, Roku, smart phone). The PC and devices are all on the same network and can access the internet with no problem.

I have attempted the following but it hasn't resolved the issue:
  1. Made sure the related services (WMP network sharing service, uPnP Device Host, and SSDP) are running as well as restarted them. Media sharing is set to On.
  2. Rebooted the PC, devices, and the router.
  3. Disabled firewall and antivirus (windows firewall & avast)
  4. Installed a non-windows media server (tried plex and serviio)
  5. Created a new profile and turned on media sharing
Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks!
