Both your computers need to be on the same home network, set your laptop to discover ipko2 and then join that network.
You have 1 network set as private and 1 as public!
I assume you have a wireless router, the sytem does work but both computers need to have the same time stamp and share a common access point.

Try bridging the LAN and wireless networks. This way you will not get the unidenified network.

In your second image, on the left pane click "Change Adapter Settings", once you're in the screen highlight your wireless and LAN, right click on them and Bridge.
