    Help needed please!!

Hello all, i am rather crap with computers to say the least! I'm not sure if any of you will be aware of the JustCamIt package it is basically like a similar form to msn but it is used for webcamming obviously!! I do this as a living and i am having problems as it is not connecting to the server... so it says... it has worked fine on my old computer this is a brand new laptop alhough it is working quite slowly, suprisingly so considering it is brand new. I went to some options which said it would try and run the programme with windows xp settings, but im guessing that is not the problem as it is running but just not connecting to the server. The spinny hing on the mouse comes up a bit on the comp.. just making me quite aware hat maybe it is a slowness problem?? I have played around with my firewall settings and iv gooled to he end of the earth about this package but no one else seems to be having the ame problem as me. I dont even know what a server is-!! If somebody could help me i would be more than greatful as i am losing money at the mo and really dont want to have to get out my prehistoric computer!! If aybody has any ideas i would be more than greaful i am really trying!! When troubleshooting it did say about it being an incompatible package.. but then again i didnt think the server would have anything to do with it if you have the option on windows 7 to open things like it would be in a previous op such as xp... gosh i am confusing myself now!!! Thanks in advance x x x x x x

What version of 7 do you have? Try installing the package in Compatibility Mode for XP and run as administrator. Also try running the app in Compat. mode for XP. Info here if needed. Compatibility Mode

If those don't work and you have Professional, Enterprise or Ultimate, you could run the app in XP mode. Windows XP Mode - Install and Setup

    Hope this helps.
