WLAN Working Only in Safe Mode Win7 DV3000(HP Compaq 3225AU)

    Hi Der,
Myself Raj & I run a Computer Shack.I visit almost always looking for solutions.Trust me...i never had to post anything bcoz either i found somebody with the same prob and a solution or i myself found out solutions looking at the suggestions,So cutting the crap, here it is...

I am looking at an HP Compaq Dv3000 (DV3225AU to be precise) in which i have installed Win7 Ultimate 32bit and was working good.My cust was using it.Battery is a little bad and i had to tweak the Power settings of the Wifi adapter so that it stays on.That was the only prob. Now it came back with a prob and i saw something else.

The Broadcom Wifi(Its a BCM4311 802.11g adaptor..) Adapter isnt seeing any networks .It turns out the same thing works smooth in Safe mode with Networking.I can see all Wifi Networks ,Connect & browse ....In normal everything is fine as per Device manager and adapter settings. But it just cant find any networks when my nearby netbook and mobile are online

.I tried to isolate the conflicts with no results.I tried selective startup. No use.Just to avoid the inconvenience as the data was less,i reinstalled Win Ultimate 64 bit.It was a little early but saved me a lot of time...Issue persists even with a freshly installed Win7..DV3000 came preinstalled with Vista..I searched and Updated Driver from Microsoft,Broadcom and Some other Websites.I tried selective start up again..This time i even compared the services and processes running and tried to simulate the same in normal mode with no avail.

Another fact i noticed is that if i try disabling the WIFI completely in normal mode ,i will be getting an error code 10 in the device manager(Device cant start)..There are two partitions and i dint format the latter.Could it be some virus hiding in the second Drive D:??Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Are those other connection from a 5Ghz router, that card only picks up 2.4Ghz, ergo wont see em.
You could check that DHCP is actually started, recently helped someone that had a simular prob, turns out that it was access denied "rubbish" cleared using command mode

    net localgroup Administrators /add networkservice
    net localgroup Administrators /add localservice

I am grateful for the the time u hav taken Torchwood.I dont think frequency is the prob..Everything is working fine in normal mode..Worst part is its a fresh installation...nothing else..Not even SP1..And i tried the commands u gave..Completed sucessfully..But not working..Disabled and enabled WLAN..Still no go :-(
