Windows 7: Printer Problem on Home Network - Not Printing from one mac

Hello,

We have a small office network.

a few PCs and two MACs.

I have a printer HP LaserJet MFP M125a wired to one of the PC computers and is shared within the network.
All of the computers are printing to the printer fine, including one of the MACs

Both MACs have the same printer settings and printer driver installed. I have authenticated on both MACs with username/password so it goes to the PC.

If I connect the printer directly to the faulty MAC, it prints without any problem.
It goes trough the printer queue on the MAC, and shows for a fraction of a second on the PC, spools and disappears without printing (picture attached).

I've tried to tick and un-tick "Render print jobs on client computers", without success.

All suggestions are welcome.

Thanks!
