Local Area Network Puzzle

I have 2 desktop PCs. Both have Win 7 Ultimate. They are connected by a router/cables.
In Windows Explorer view, "Network" tab, computer A can see shared content on computer B.
Computer B cannot connect and view shared content on computer A.
I get a message "Current location not available"
Thanks for any solutions.
