Need some help configuring PureVpn for Win7

I have had some problems with PureVpn and trying to configure it. When i select another location like USA. It will give me that location but when i look up the ip it shows my home country using the USA ip. Other times PureVpn will work and i dont have a problem. But most of the time i am having problems showing my home location. I have followed the tutorials at PureVpn but that didnt help i have also spoken to support weren't able to help.

Further update. After playing around with the settings i got it to work.

It's excellent to know you were able to figure out the solution to the problem you were having. The problem usually occurs due to two reasons:
    1. The IP geolocating websites are not properly updated.
    2. If you are geolocating your IP on google it might be picking up your cache and giving you inaccurate results.

In case the problem arises again, the following steps will help you solve it:
    -switch to secure DNS

-Uncheck the IPV6 leak protection in the advanced setting menu in the app.
-Clear the browser cache and now use the server abc1.pointtoserver.com in dedicated IP field. Directions on using Dedicated IP field
-Once done check your IP at IP Address Geolocation to Identify Geographical Location

Our support team can also be contacted through the live support. They'll love to take on your questions.
