windows VPN - apply my own split tunnel?

Hi guys,

I connect to my work via windows VPN, The only one address I connect to is my PC at the office, unfortunately we do not have split tunnel configured, and unfortunately since I don't want to use my company's proxy settings on my home PC when I connect to the VPN my internet access breaks.

Is there some way I can change the secured routes received via the vpn and keep my default route pointing to my ISP and my LAN subnet pointing to the tunnel?
