wireless network connection not setting up correctly

Hey guys!

I've set up a connection with "netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=NAME key=PASSWORD"
However when I turn it on (with "netsh wlan start hostednetwork") it shows up on wifi scanning list and seems to be fine on Network Connections but I can't connect with any device to this signal.

In order to get connected I have to head over to my computer's Lan Connection's Properties, Sharing tab, unmark both of the options, apply the settings and revert this proces (mark both). This has to happen every time I boot my computer.

Not to sound lazy but having to do this EVERY time when I want to connect to the internet with my phone while in my room is kinda annoying, I might aswell get off my chair and run with my smartphone to the router's location on the other side of my house.

Any idea what might be causing this and if possible, a solution?
Otherwise some cmd commands to disable/enable the Sharing tab settings in order to get it working would be fine with me
