_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.DnsDomainName queries from home computer

When I connect my Windows 7 Pro notebook to my wireless router I see two DNS queries for:

_ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.DnsDomainName: type SRV, class IN

where DnsDomainName matches the DHCP Option 15 Domain Name (something.myisp.example lets call it). This looks like an attempt to find an active directory domain controller. I don't understand why my computer would be looking for one. I've never tried to join a domain and it appears to be a member of Workgroup WORKGROUP.

A SVR record isn't found, and the notebook is working well otherwise, but this bothers me. It makes me think there is a configuration problem and I worry about what could happen if a record was returned. Googling hasn't helped, so it is time to yelp for help.

Have any of you run into this?
