Repeatedly getting limited access to WiFi network

Hi all

Having a bit of an issue with my home WiFi with a BT Homehub type A. At random intervals I'll get limited access and not be able to use the internet. This is quickly resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting to the WiFi. I thought I'd fixed the issue by doing the following commands:

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /register dns
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset reset.log hit

But after around 24 hours the issues have resurfaced.

This is my ipconfig /all log:

I've tried fiddling about with the router settings and giving myself a static IP as I was being assigned the same IP as other devices, but the BT Homehub seems incapable of saving this setting and I'm not sure it's even relevant, although this problem does seem to be intermittent over the course of a day.

Any help would be really warmly received!

edit: Another potential thing: seems to happen often when I load up FIFA 16 - not sure if it's coincidence or somehow causing it?
