Share problem on network

I get this error on one machine but can connect to this machine from the other. (one way?)

ErrorCode 0X80070035 "Network Path cannot be found"

There is a very old post on this but well over a year old so thought I would try again.

I have two machines I want to share both ways for backup purposes.
One win 7 home 64, the other win 7 pro 64. Both show up in network browser but when on the home edition it gives that error trying to open the other computer. If I go to the other computer I have no problem browsing drives and files on the home computer.
  • Drives and folders on both are shared with full control to EVERYONE.
  • NetBios over TCP/IP is set on.
  • Computers have fixed IP on network.
  • I can ping either direction just fine.
  • I added credentials for both system to each.
  • I use wireless network printer from both no problem
  • Not using homegroups
  • Workgroup name same on all

Am I missing something on the second machine in order to access from home machine?
