    Ethernet EG1032


    Hi,

    I just installed Windows 7 and I'm having a problem with connecting two computers together.

    I keep getting the following message.

    Your Network Connection Must Have IPv6 enabled. I check both computers and the IPv6 check boxes are checked.

    I have the following drivers installed: eg1032v3dr.zip

    Its a Linksys EG1032 v3 board.

    Hey Everyone,

    Well, I finally got it fixed. What a PITA!. I'm now able to map network drives and share folders/files. Only took five days to figure out. To hell with homegroup, networking the old fashion way.

Hi, On my lap running W7, despite having Ethernet connected, it connects with WiFi 1st. Have to disconnect manually with WiFi to get connected with Ethernet. Is it possible to have WiFi 2nd.....? Thanks.
