Windows 7: P5B-E Ethernet problem

this isn't a quite serious problem.. I'm using asus' P5B-E in Windows 7.

everythings just fine but when I logged on, my network couldn't access to the internet.

you know, a "!" mark on the network icon...

my own solution is to turn off ethernet and turn it on again in network connection panel.

does anybody have problem like this?

as I said above it's not that serious but annoying me

I have a P5B-E and don't have that problem.

There was a network card update early on, make sure you have updates turned on.

The only issue I have with the network is when I do a Wake-on-Lan of my server-like computer it takes forever to actually see the connection. Sometimes a logoff-login sequence makes it show up.
