Web browser issue

I can connect to my wireless network just fine and it indicates in the lower right that i have internet access. Programs like steam also work, showing that i am connected to the internet. Whenever i try to access a webpage, however, i get the problem that "server timed out."

any help would be appreciated, thanks.
