Wireless spiky conenction "Request timed out"

Well like in title ive got a lot of problems with configuring the wireless network. Sad thing is that ive lost around 30% of packets, ive though that my PC is to far from the router (livebox) which is on 1st floor and im on 2nd but ive got a laptop with windows XP and there is not a single problem with connection, not a single packet loss.

Here is screenie of this ping massacre.

Maybe someone got a solution? Ive tried the Wireless optimizer already

And yes im using Windows 7.

Yea,. my ping times to Google aver 45 ms.

Just for the heck of it, go to Start > Run,. and type cmd. Now type ipconfig /flushdns.

Restart your computer and give it another try.

Are pages sloe to load in your browser?

Still the same.

No the pages are working pretty fine, but the jumping ping is giving me headache when playing games or downloading something.

Run a line test to see where your packet loss starts, http://www.dslreports.com/linequality

As this will give you a good look at your routing and if and where loss starts.

For some reason, its not identifying some of the backbone computers.

Try a tracerout( TRACERT from the command prompt to google.com

Then try tracerpt -o tracereport.txt

You times are horrible.

My average is about 35ms.

Have you reset the router or modem?
