NTFS permissions
One of my external drives has developed a bad case of inconsistent permissions.
I am looking for a good free tutorial on NTFS permissions to help me fix this situation and have good, consistent permissions going forward.

Windows 7 Professional
CPU
Intel Q9400 @ 2.66GHz
Memory
