Change IP address (for rapidshare etc)

Hi. I've recently gone 'wireless' and now have a "Siemens Gigaset SE587 WLAN dsl" router. Occasionally, I will have a few files to download from Rapidshare. With my old modem, I could bypass the waiting time imposed between downloads by simply disconnecting and reconnecting. Try as I might, I cannot do the same thing with the router. The router can be configured by going to h**p://192.168.1.1 but I've not been able to find a way of changing the IP address currently assigned to me. Can anyone tell me if my old reconnect/disconnect trick is still available and how it's done?

Now your system connects through the router, so you need to disconnect /reconnect the router from the internet (removing and inserting the DSL cable to the router will work)

Thanks for that. This'll have to wait though as my router connection is playing up. I'm back to the old wired modem for now!
