Can't set up Homegroup!

I need help setting up a home group. My laptop shows up on my pc homegroup and I can access laptop files from my pc. But I cannot find a way to get my pc to show up on my laptop homegroup. I have tried all the settings and tests I could find and tried resetting up the homegroup from each computer but it always ends up the same.

Hi Greg

Is the homegroup the same for both? same name, same users, same shares? Is there a firewall on the machine? if so disable it and try. Also an Av.
