Number allowed in Workgroup

Has the number of allowable users (previously 10) in a workgroup been increased under Windows 7?

There's no such limit for Win 7. If there is at all, it's at least 20. I know because that is the default allowed users for a shared folder.

I am not allowed to run CHKDSK from DOS box - Win 7 HP 64 bit.
Gentlemen: I refer to Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I open the "prompt" to enter the DOS Box. I key "CHKDSK C:" and tap return. A message appears that says that I do not have high enough privileges or rank to run "CHKDSK" from the DOS prompt.
