avp.exe is your anti-virus solution, i've never heard of 007guard, but after a quick google, i think it's malware.
Deep scan your computer in safe mode with your anti virus application.

What are the contents of your host file?

(%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts) open with notepad.

It is possible to block connections to www.007guard.com by adding the line
127.0.0.1 www.007guard.com

This of course compromises the security of the file as you have to open up permissions to edit it.

007guard.exe is a Adware.2search. It monitors user Internet activity

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop
|MG| Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.41 Download
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

Hi !

Well thanx for info........but the thing is that I have scanned my PC with both SpyBot Search & Destroy and with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and they both came with result your computer is clean.......found nothing.........

So my question is what is this......? and is it(www.007guard.com ) installed by ROXIO 2010 pro burner.......

This www.007guard.com seems to be running only when I start using Firefox.....so I go on web.......and I can see this connection in Resource Monitor under Network Activity
