Networking Window 7 & Ubuntu without password

I have a Desktop with XP & ubuntu 8.04 (dual boot) & Laptop with Window 7. From the laptop I go to Networking & Sharing Center then to See full map I see the desktop when I have XP going I do not need a password to enter XP it but with ubuntu I need to enter a password each time I restart the laptop even if I check Remember my credentials is there a way so I do not have to enter a password each time? When I had Vista on this laptop I did not need a password.

I got it fixed: Went to Networking & Sharing Center then to See full map get the name of computer, then go to Control Panel then to Credential Manager removed old credentials (windows had JERRY-PC/DESKTOP) Then click on add windows credentials put in computers name as seen in Full Map & user name & password. I did one for ubuntu (JERRY-DESKTOP) & one for XP (JERRY-PC).
Window 7 made ubuntu & XP as just 1 credential need 2.
    Hope his helps others Jerry
