Downloads crash FF & some Explorer.

I download between 5 or 15 files, sometimes when I am downloading and ask Firefox to save the file, this crashes the browser and on a rare occasion it would crash Explorer, any ideas on how I can cure this?

Hi and welcome

first we need to find out why it is crashing. type eventvwr in search. go to the windows log>application tab. You are looking for errors (they have red in the left hand column) that contain app hang, app crash, IE, or firefox.

When you find them (there is a lot of data) use the built in snipping tool (type snipping in search) to make a screen shot of it and upload it to us using the attachment icon (shaped like a paperclip) in the reply form. SEE PICS

Thanks for the Help, ZigZag, strange thing it happened to the snipping tool when I tried save the JPG. But here is the picture from the Event Viewer as requested.
