Windows 7: how to install and setting Vodafone MD950 with se7en

We've install vodafone MD950 into Windows seven and tested it.
but it wasn't work anyway. the connection of its looked like a normally modem; there were dial number blank, user and password, no vodafone software interface.
In addition, computer noticed us that vodafone is unknown device in Device manager.

BUT in vista, when we installed it, it run as driver installation and could work with vodafone software.

So could anybody please give us some suggestions?
because we don't know how to solve it after we' tried to reinstall both driver and added it directly.
