Syncronising files between two laptops

Which would be better for syncronising files and folders between two laptops: live mesh or live sync?

i've tried them both...they both have their ups and downs. Live mesh has the advantage of remote control and 5gb of online space to use, in return, i find it slower than live sync which is blazing fast after the initial indexing process.

I am using live mesh because i need the remote control option and i also need a safe place to keep some documents.
