Mac and Windows 7 not working

Hello
I have set up a wireless network with my cousin, who lives across the street from me. We share this connection all the time and know the password. This is a linksys router. I have two laptops. The mac has a stronger range and gets the signal just fine, while the PC gets it only at night and disconnects frequently. There was a sharing option on the mac so I gave it a try. Everything went as planned and I was connected to the mac from my PC via internet sharing. However, it could not connect to the internet. It had a "No internet access" symbol (The yellow exclamation mark and the sign.) It says I have a perfect connection to the PC, I can share files and printers perfectly but no internet. Thanks to anyone who could help.
