Windows Explorer Doesn't see my 2nd PC?!!! Help!

I am running W7 Ultimate 64bit and I have a nagging problem.. I have networked 2 computers both W7 U 64, one acts as a server so I named it TServer and I can access it through a shortcut I placed on my desktop no problem. When I go to my network and refresh it shows everything except the "TServer" computer, I mean it shows the 2nd computers media servers like Twonky, and Playon but it will not show the 2nd computer on the network? I have all sharing options enabled and again I can access the content through the shortcut but I need it to come up in WE for obvious reasons.. Eventually, after 10-15 minutes the second computer reveals itself but very frustrating. Please help, I can post pics if this isn't clear...

In your services, what startup type are server, workstation and computer browser? Set them all to automatic, and see that helps the server show up faster.
