PPPOE Problem

I have 2 PPPOE connection of 2 different ISP's.....

i wanted to dial 2 PPPOE together so.. that i can connect their local DC's to get stuffs ... 1st PPPOE provides me only "x" lan and 2nd PPPOE provides me "y" lan and internet both....

1st PPPOE :
Service name : ABC

2nd PPPOE :
Service name : XYZ

LAN IP's are placed at AUTO..

i have win7 as well as xp installed in dual boot. my internet is provided via PPPOE connection which i hav to dial everytime while connecting to internet. Problem is that i can log into PPPOE through xp, but not through 7(Error651), or vice versa. Once i logged into from xp, i cant do the same...
