Ps3-360-pc lag

I was debating and where this one should go, so bare with me. Okay here's the deal. We all got mw2 for the consoles, the PS3 is wireless, xbox is wired from router port 2, and pc is wired from router port 1. During game play we will get some serous lag.

Here is the setup. I have DSL. I turned there modem/router into a bridge, so my linksys WRT54g ( WRT310N Died ) controlling my internet. Under gaming, on the router, i have opened all ports that are need for the game and each console. I then went into QOS set specific ports put them on highest, entered pc's and xbox's mac address, set priority to high on ports 1 and 2 on the router. I tried turning security off on the router, i have the firewall on the router to filter muliti cast and Filter IDENT.

Ping is fine, line quality is an A, download speeds are normal. Just started doing this recently.

Also even tho i have them set as highest priority, when i go on the laptop it will drag them down.

Advice anyone?
Thanks
