Windows 7 Client problem

Hello everyone,

I have a little problem, can anyone help me pls?

I have a server with a domain (windows server 2008 and Windows XP clients).
I just install Windows 7 on one client and when i am trying to connect to one of the users, on the profiles folders, there is a new folder with the name "username.V2".
Can i use the same name of the username without the ".V2"? I understand that V2 is from Version 2. Because i want a user to log in from windows xp client and sometimes from windows 7 client.

Thanks,
