Windows 7 - Setting up network to stream media from desktop to ps3

Just needed some help in setting up my desktop to stream media to ps3
My desktop is not wireless so i need to geta wireless card for it.
Does any1 know what type i should get?

I would think the best way is to go back to the shopes where you bought the macihne and ask if they have an optional wirelss card for the machine.

oh oh did you know that I have streaming media from my PC to my ps3; i am totally the dude for this project.

I mean wireless would work... I have seen it work. I would perfer direct hard wire.. especially when your ps3 has a 10/100/1000 card built into it, pretty nice huh

Here is the beauty of the PS3...it will not show up in your network neighborhood...so you dont know if you have a connection unless you ping it.

I could tell you how to hook it up if your up for it. Its a lot of work but its stable.

May i ask you why you choose wireless over wired?

i am having the same problem with the ps3 and was wondering if you can show me how to do that
