Yes, and I'm sticking around here waiting to hear back as to whether both computers benchmark to the Internet about the same. That will say about duplex and speeds, network drives and cables.
I wasn't trying to be rude, just correcting the terminology as it's important to keep bits and bytes sorted during these chats to ensure that we aren't arguing semantics rather than an actual problem.
FWIW, I am using Avira on my Win7 machine (apparently Kasperky cripples Internete Explorer for some reason), and AVG on the WindowsXP machine.
Btw, do any of you guys have an strong recommendations/opinions (preferably based personal experience of different AV software!) on for what AntiVirus software to use that does not slow down one PC too much?
