    No remote connections

    Hi :)
Today I set up a home network and for some reason Vuze behaves very strangely.
My default port for Vuze is 64123 - when I test it it says: "NAT error - connection to (my IP) refused. However, other ports work just fine and I get remote connections. When I trobleshoot the problem it says there is someting wrong with my firewall or security settings, but Azureus is added to the list of allowed programs in the Firewall so I really don't know what might be the problem. I know that this is not really an important problem but I would like to learn what is the cause :)

The port may be blocked, have you tried to port forward via your router?

More than likely, it's inbound connections that are being blocked, not outbound connections. You need to find out what port Vuze is using to listen for inbound requests.

Wow... today? Port Forwarding problem...? Really?

Anyway, Vuze/Azureus have internal tech support feature, it will connect you to the experts right in there, they can diagnose your problem. You should ask them, not to general forum like this.
Anyway... have you tried enabling UPnP? It should work right out the bat (Vuze/Azureus's the tech support room is mostly silent these days, WE (as in I and the guys from the support team) thought the developer has done it, and made Azureus/Vuze literally foolproof).

burningsoul, try the tech support room in Azureus/Vuze... those guys know what they're talking about much better than this forum, it's their home turf...
(And I'll peek/lurk in the tech support, maybe we can chat if we meet over there... :) )

Port forwarding on my router is set up.

Azureus works fine, but I am very interested why the port 64123 is suddenly blocked after creating a home network (all other ports work fine).
