| | Hotspot shield problem Dear All. I waiting your reply as soon as possibleI have windows 7 test purpose from moth ago and I am very happy with this operating system because it's very speed and not heavy such as windows vista , however I get first problem during install Hotspot shield VPN program then I get ( TAP VPN device ) massage then when I open the program I cont see the program in task bar icons !!!! Please tell me what I have to do to work this program and to fix this massage?    |

| | possible that the program isnt 7 compatible... or... clicking the little arrow next to systray shows hidden icons.... not alot of spec info on the site itself.... hard to really say... try uninstalling and then installing under Vista compatibility, and run as admin |

| | dear digger Sorry for waiting to my post replay I try it as what your solution proposed. but still I have same problem I cannot get Hotspot shield when I opened it will be closed from task bar |

| | similar problem here Installed HSS on Windows 7 laptop and I just can't connect. I'm trying to connect from Beijing where lots of sites are blocked (YouTube, FaceBook, etc.). I tried installing HSS in XP compatibility, running it in XP compat., running it as admin, etc. Nothing works. My XP desktop can connect with HSS just fine but not this Windows 7 laptop.   |
