Windows 7: PS3 ANd windows 7

Ok so after hours of trying to get PS3 and player to talk I finally did, i can now get ps3 to play music and see pics and everything. But now the play to option that windows was so happy about doesn't work on anything that it should I have tried several phones players and my ps3 and I cant get it to work. Any help guys?thanks

lol the new features that windows was so excited about on the new windows 7. one of them being the "play to" feature where you push it and send any media to another system i.e ps3, xbox, phone, sound system. I cant get my play to button to recognize anything. I can only play music off of my ps3 but I cant get that button to work to send it to anything.

Lol ok so still not getting the point of wehat im trying to figure out.

Ok on the new wmp12 that comes with windows 7 there is a feature called play to. when you hit this you pick a system then you send the media directly to it. no matter what it will play it and you control it from the computer. this is what i cant get to work i cant get anything to show up under the play to funtion no devices. but from ps3 i can stream media.
