Internet issue related to time

Hey guys, after you previously helped with my internet troubles and Windows 7 i thought i'd ask again.

This time, when i'm gaming online, it gets to 10pm GMT, and i'll just keep disconnecting every 10 minutes for no reason, net runs fine then next minute cut off.
Will work all day without any problems but after it gets to this time it's just unplayable.

Thanks for any help.

look for anything scheduled to run on your computer around that time in task scheduler (type sched into start orb search) and look at performance information and tools\advanced (type perf into start orb search) ?

run resource monitor, network tab around the time your connection dips ?

also maybe think about emailing your isp to see if they are upgrading servers or similar ?
