Windows 7: Dial in tab

Hey all

We are using server 2008 r2 as our dc in my organization. when i installed rsat in windows 7 ultimate rc each and every snap in like dhcp ad users ans computers worked fine.

But now i installed windows 7 enterprice 64 bit eddition in my computer. Now in my users and computers snaping i couldn't fine dial in tab. I tried installing the latest rsat but no success. running adminpack.cmd for windows 7. no success.
Searching in goggle for couple of hours gave me nothing....

Is there anything to do......
