    Bridged VS ICS

Hey everyone! Been a while since I posted for help.

As you all (should) know, I have a Xbox 360. I use my laptop to give it internet via ICS. I share my WiFi with my ethernet and grant it internet that way.

Now, my question is, would I be better off using ICS or Bridging the two (ethernet and wireless). I have some friends saying I'd be better with ICS and some saying Bridging it is the best option.

For the record, I connect to Xbox Live faster with bridged then I do ICS.

Also, what are the pros/cons of using Bridged over, ICS?

Bridged would normally be faster since it's just a pass-through. ICS requires the host PC to actively do routing which would most likely add more latency. So from a speed point of view bridging would be better. If you had more than one device to give internet access to, you'd be better off with ICS as it handles all the DHCP stuff. At this point I'd use bridging.
