| windows 7 1 posts | XP share to windows 7 Hello hope someone can help me out here, getting crazy... :-( I have a working share from my windows 7 pc to my xp one. all going great. The problem I have is creating a share from XP to windows 7. I can ping the windows 7 pc, when adding a network location I can see the windows 7 pc. But then when I hit enter it states: access denied. I have looked at the share properties and they a set to allow file sharing and no password is required. Does anyone have any ideas?
