    ok on the XP machine in system properties make note of your workgroup name usually MSHOME
      My Computer

    It's "HOMEGROUP" on all three systems.

    you can't use homegroup for this situation please rename you workgroup

    Because of the Printer? All three are currently networked with "HOMEGROUP". Just trying to clarify...
