Wireless Connection- IP doesn't have a valid configurat

    Hello,

I've been reading several posts in the forum, and seen so many cases like mine. Still, even after I've followed the steps like, reset the laptop, disable de Ipv6, disable and enable the connection again, still my laptop doesn't connect to the internet anymore.
I'm sure that the problem isn't with the wireless. We've got at home some other laptops working just fine and mine has suddenly stopped working.
The problem it is with the configuration, I took the laptop to the shop and there it works properly...I tried to configurate the IP manually but unfortunatelly I wasn't able to find the code of the gateway. Does anyone have any suggestion to me?

My router is the netgear, or sky..i'm not sure, both of them are written in the router.

Have you eve connected to the internet using this router/W7 before?

the other laptops that work, can you provide the ipconfig /all details of them. then provide ipconfig /all for the problem machine.

It doesn't look like you have connected to the wireless network on your problem machine. Do you have an orange dot on the wireless icon bottom right cornet next to the date? also, in your Device Manager, is there a yellow exclamation mark?

other things to try is go into Services.msc, see if WLAN Config service has started.

The Wireless bottom is on, and the light is green.
There is a yellow exclamation on the wireless icon.
The WLAN is started , working on the automatic.
The DHCP is running on automatic.

I haven't configured the IP manually, I'd tried actually, but I couldn't find the Default Gateaway code to make it done.
