i know this thread is old but i was having same trouble with a asus router until i enabled UPnP in the WAN settings in the router settings hope this helps anyone reading this :)

We only have one router, a dlink di-614 and are on a wpa2 encryption . But on the netwok page under "network infrastructure" I see another router "wireless N router tl-wr741n" , beside our dlink.
