Your PC2 which is ethernet'd and has internet access can be bridged with the ad-hoc wireless connection of PC2 and PC1. The ad-hoc is basically your wireless connection using wireless adapters on both machines (hence if you have ad-hoc you can't use wifi at the same time on a single wireless adapter machine), on PC2 and the ethernet connection to the modem is the LAN.
These two can be bridged.
When you create the ad-hoc you will be asked to ICS (from memory), click yes. Make sure the ethernet connection is already internet accessed.
After you bridge the two, can you screenshot the change adapter settings, and manage wireless setting screens.
