NO wireless

I have a Broadcom 808.11 wireless card in my laptop.

But my laptop can't find the wireless card . I tied reinstalling it but it did not work.

PLease help

make sure the device isn't disabled in bios,.

Go into Device Manager and see if there is a yellow exclamation mark next to the wireless adapter. It's not showing in your Network Connections which could mean it isn't enabled or not installed properly.

I can't find any wireless card in the device manger

and i tried to uninstalling it and reinstall BUT IT DID NOT WORK

Please help

Have you ever been able to access wireless with this card? Is this a new laptop? What vendor and model number?
