Problem Sharing Folder With Remotely Connected Phone

Hey guys I am having a problem I have a Droid cell phone by Verizon and installed this app which connected remotely via my wireless LAN:
EStrongs

I can connect and even copy files from the folder inside the app (read) but I cannot write files to the folder, and the folder shows as "not writable" inside the apps properties of the folder. So this has to be a permissions thing (I'm hoping).

My network is setup as a work network and
I have shared the folder which is on my desktop the workgroup is WORKGROUP.

I'd be fine with disabling all security on this one folder if there is such a way. But if not I need some way to give my phone and this app write permission on this folder.

Thank you for the help!

I guess it's that difficult. In windows xp it was easy why make something so difficult people can't even use it?
