| Windows 7 Enterprise x64 SP1 | Windows 8 build 7989 | The error states exactly what is going on - when you were browsing, IE checks each website by connecting to a M$ website to verify that the URL you enter is a safe one - for that one particular instance (or time frame) the M$ server was just unavailable - as in it was down, connection lost, something. Since it is working again I wold not worry about it. |
