Hope Vodafone wireless works 7
I'm hoping my Vodafone wireless broadband works with Windows 7 public beta! It's working with Vista and MS has said what's works with Vista works with 7 - Ha - will it. May do, as 7 is listed as 6.x internally, isn't it?
With the update from XP to Vista, then with Telstra/BigPond Australia, I was off the Net for 2 months while they tried to make the drivers for the 3G wireless broadband.
Had to still pay the account though - $79.95 x 2 plus Vista cost. That's a hell of an upgrade price to pay!
Telstra said Vista had just been released so you can't expect them to have drivers available.
I wondered aloud to them what they had been doing for the last 5 years and with all the Vista betas - but they just said Vista stinks.
Not a good start..
Anyone else off the Net with Vista anywhere in the world?
No. Just me ...
