Windows will not Wake after 2 Min.
A post was made by another member back in October '09 without any answers. Now that I have the same problem lets try it again.....
Windows 7 is in sleep mode. NIC has power and set up correctly. Within 2 minutes of sleep, Wake functions perfectly. After 2 minutes nothing.
All settings are correct or else it wouldn't work inside the two minute time frame.
I know the packets are getting to the NIC by monitoring the switch.
Is there possibly somewhere a kind of TTL function for the Wake On Lan?? I haven't found one in the bios.
The old XP Pro worked fine so I don't believe it has anything to do with the bios. (I updated the bios anyway).
Any suggestions are appreciated.
