    File sharing violation

On two occasions when I've gone to Save an open Excel file I use daily Win 7 returns a file sharing violation saying it being used by someone else when I have the only account on the PC. I then get various silly errors saying it will save the file under a different name etc. If I ignore all of this and carry on saving it successfully saves under the original file name. Any ideas or just another Win 7 bug? This is a full Win7 Pro release
